New Paintings
newphotos/SomedayCame.JPG

"Someday Came", this painting was inspired by a beautiful place called Hopetown.  I have had Elbow Cay on my mind all week.  It is one of the smaller Abaco Islands in the Bahamas.  One of my all time favorite places.  Chip & I want to sail away on a boat once we send the kids off to college.  We decided to name the boat - Someday Came.  This painting was a Valentine's gift for Chip.

PetesPub.JPG
"Pete's Pub"  This is my favorite bar.  The atmosphere is unbeatable and the views are incredible.  The people are friendly and the punch is yummy.  The trip from Elbow Cay to Pete's can be a little hairy.  I have often seen friends and children crouch down and cover their eyes.  It is well worth the ride.  The bar (boat) was Pete's boat when he landed on the island many years ago.  The bar was built with pieces of wood that he found on the beach.  It's a quirky little place that is quite unforgettable.
